KETERIS LTD takes the protection of your privacy seriously. This policy explains, transparently, which data we process — and, above all, everything we do not do.

In short

• No audience-measurement tools, no trackers, no advertising or third-party cookies.

• We only process the data you send us voluntarily (by email).

Data processed and purpose

The only personal data we process is what you send us voluntarily: either by writing to contact@keteris.com, or through the booking form (see the dedicated section below). This is your name, email address, company (if given) and the content of your message.

Single purpose: to handle your request, arrange the call and reply. This data is used for no other purpose, is never sold or transferred, and is never used for unsolicited marketing.

Booking

When you book a scoping call, we process your name, email address, company (optional) and the chosen slot, solely to arrange and confirm the call.

For this service we rely on the following processors: Google Ireland Limited (calendar and invitations, European Union) and Resend Inc. (confirmation and reminder emails, United States). The booking engine is hosted on our own server, located in the European Union. Using Resend involves a transfer of data to the United States, governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Booking adds no cookie or tracker — which is why the site still shows no banner.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where relevant, on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f)).

Retention period

Exchanges are kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted — unless a legal obligation or an ongoing contractual relationship requires otherwise.

Hosting and transfers

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Any transfers of data outside the European Union are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection.

Cookies

The site sets a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, strictly necessary for operation: it remembers your language preference (French or English) so you don't have to choose it on every visit.

• Purpose: remember the chosen language (functional)
• Duration: 1 year — Scope: SameSite=Lax, not shared with third parties

This functional cookie is exempt from consent under the guidelines of data-protection authorities: it performs no tracking or audience measurement. This is why the site displays no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to contact@keteris.com; we reply as soon as possible.
